Role Description

The Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for leading and growing the sales function at Sandcastle Properties LLC. This position oversees the development and execution of sales strategies, manages the sales pipeline, and drives revenue growth across residential and commercial property portfolios.

Day-to-day tasks include setting performance targets, coaching and mentoring the sales team, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions. The Sales Director collaborates closely with marketing, operations, and senior leadership to identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and optimize sales processes.

This role also involves representing the company at industry events, building partnerships with developers and property owners, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and closing complex real estate transactions.
• Proven experience in Customer Service, with a focus on client relationship management and delivering high-quality, personalized support.
• Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including leading, motivating, and developing diverse sales teams to achieve targets.
• Solid Business Development skills, with the ability to identify new markets, build strategic partnerships, and expand the client base.
• Extensive experience in real estate sales, preferably within the Dubai market, and familiarity with local regulations and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including comfort with sales data, KPIs, and performance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in real estate are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
