Department and Team

Capital Market IT (CMI) is the IT department within the bank focused on solutions related to Capital Markets. This includes Front Office (FO) booking platforms, Risk Management (RM) control and regulatory reporting systems, financial product and contract valuation systems, and much more. It is the department most directly exposed to the bank’s financial operations.

The SALES IT division works across the full value chain to sustain business activity and enable its acceleration (thru integration of new financial products, optimizing and automating front to back business processes).

Position

This role aims to develop on SALES application, in project mode as well as maintenance, and to support the “run the bank” function. It requires a deep understanding of the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. The build and support team continuously works with business users, infrastructure engineers and system managers.

The developer will work on PRICE, our pre-trade application used by Sales to pre-book and book Rates deals. Key activities include developing features that facilitate RFQ workflows between Sales and Traders, enabling efficient communication and deal negotiation. The role involves implementing real-time pricing, deal validation logic, and ensuring seamless integration with downstream booking systems.

Close collaboration with Sales and Trading stakeholders is essential to enhance the RFQ experience and support the complete deal lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities

Build & change management

• Able to lead in terms of technology and conceptualize, propose design and architectural evolution, along with operational model.
• Contributing to development of high quality fully tested source code complying with deadlines, schedule and coding standards.
• Liaise with business analysts for clarification and understanding of requirements.
• Provide deployment and change management of the solution/platform.
• Develop tests strategy in coordination with project manager / Business Analysts.
• Provide technical assistance during user acceptance test.

Incidents and Requests management (business users and other IT teams)

• Communicate effectively.
• Analyse enhancement requests and bug-fixes.
• Document deliveries.
• Support applications in production - analyze and resolve issues as they arise as well as propose optimizations for future.
• Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organization.

Change management

• Apply monthly release strategy, following the team’s milestones for analysis, coding and testing.
• Support the release roadmap in production.
• Operations management
• Application support, level 3 (expert).
• Troubleshoot and fix issues.

Qualifications and Profile

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Programming & Systems Analysis/ Science (Computer Studies) faculties.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in Angular 19 (or higher), including AG Grid, NgRx store, Angular Signals, and Signal Store
• Strong sensitivity to design and UX, with demonstrated ability to ensure frontend homogeneity
• Experience writing automated BDD tests and applying software craftsmanship principles
• Ability to conduct code reviews and enforce frontend best practices at team level
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside business users and cross-functional IT teams

Good-to-Have

• Experience developing or maintaining Python backends using FastAPI and REST APIs
• Experience with DevOps tooling in a GitOps/Docker/Kubernetes environment (GitLab, ArgoCD, Elasticsearch)
• Exposure to capital markets, pre-trade applications, or Interest Rate Derivatives products
