Associate ERP Consultant (Functional)

We are seeking a Junior ERP Consultant to support the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a focus on accounting and business process workflows. This role is well-suited for IT/Accounting graduates who want to build a career in ERP consulting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, configuration, testing, training, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for new and existing customers.
• Provide application support, including troubleshooting, data reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Support users during and after implementation through functional or technical assistance.
• Identify opportunities for additional modules, system enhancements, training, and business process improvements.
• Document and track project issues, risks, and change requests.
• Provide backup support for the Application Support Desk and assist with escalated support cases when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, or related disciplines; 0–2 years of experience in system implementation or project delivery (ERP experience is an advantage). Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV accounting modules is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud and on‑premise environments is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in ERP consulting are welcome to apply.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment.
