We are looking for passionate, energetic and committed professionals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage exhibitions, events, festive decorations and branding projects from planning through completion
• Prepare quotations, budgets, cost estimates and final project invoicing.
• Source and coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, materials, props and equipment.
• Work closely with our in-house Creative, Graphic Design, Printing, Carpentry, Metal Fabrication and Installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Attend client meetings, conduct site inspections and site measurements.
• Supervise on-site installation, dismantling and project execution to ensure quality, safety and timely completion.
• Monitor project schedules, resolve site issues promptly and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in events, exhibitions, festive decorations, or project coordination is preferred, although candidates with strong learning aptitude are welcome to apply.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and night shifts when required for event installations.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
