Job Responsibilities

• Contact customers using company-provided leads.
• Introduce and recommend suitable banking products based on customers' needs.
• Build rapport and maintain good customer relationships.
• Guide customers through the application process.
• Follow up on enquiries and applications.
• Achieve individual sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent qualification.
• No prior experience required – Full training will be provided.
• Candidates with sales, tele sales or customer service experience will have an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
