We are seeking a meticulous Accounting Bookkeeper to manage the organization’s financial records and ensure accuracy in all transactions. The role involves recording daily financial activities, maintaining general and subsidiary ledgers, managing cash flow, and reconciling accounts and bank statements.

Additional responsibilities include handling invoices, ensuring timely payments, tracking customer payments, and resolving financial discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.

■ Responsibilities and Duties

---

Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Maintain general ledgers (GL) and subsidiary ledgers, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Manage cash flow records and ensure proper documentation for all financial activities.

Reconcile bank statements with company records regularly.

Identify and resolve financial discrepancies promptly.

Reconcile intercompany accounts, credit card statements, and other financial transactions.

Handle incoming invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

Track customer payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and issue payment reminders.

Keep accounts payable and receivable records accurate and up to date.

■ Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

2–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field (suitable for entry-level roles).

Familiarity with accounting software.
