About the Role

This is a pivotal Treasury Manager position within our fast-growing banking partnership team. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our relationships with global and regional banks, ensuring a robust banking network to support our rapid international expansion.

You will act as a critical bridge, working closely with our global treasury colleagues to coordinate seamless cash management and treasury strategies across diverse international markets.

Responsibilities

1. Banking Partnerships & Network Development

• Develop, maintain, and optimize our banking network across regional and international markets;
• Identify and onboard global and regional banking partners to support business expansion and local payment needs;
• Act as the primary liaison for banking partners to manage account structures, and negotiating pricing, credit facilities, and service level agreements.

2. Global Treasury Coordination

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline cash management frameworks to ensure optimal capital utilization and alignment with business priorities;
• Coordinate cross-border treasury initiatives, ensuring seamless cash centralization, liquidity planning, and efficient funding across entities;
• Evaluate and implement cash management products and connectivity solutions (e.g., Host-to-Host, API) to drive operational efficiency.

3. FX and Investments

• Assess and implement optimal FX trading methods, platforms, and execution strategies to support business needs;
• Negotiate competitive FX margins with banking partners and liquidity providers to optimize execution;
• Monitor global macroeconomic trends, interest rates, and currency fluctuations to recommend and execute cash investment products for yield enhancement.

4. Risk Management & Compliance

• Partner with legal, compliance, and tax functions to ensure all treasury activities adhere to local regulations, compliance requirements, and internal financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting or related fields;
• Extensive working experience in corporate treasury, banking relationship management, or transaction banking within multinational corporations (MNCs) or financial institutions;
• Proven track record in managing relationships with global/regional top-tier banks and a solid understanding of global payment rails, cash management products, and FX;
• Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate across cross-functional and global teams;
• Outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally to external financial partners;
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable thriving in a dynamic international environment.
