The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager who enjoys owning recruitment delivery and partnering closely with innovative technology clients.

This is an opportunity to join a growing business where you will manage end-to-end recruitment assignments while working directly with founders, hiring managers and leadership teams across startups and scale-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and startup founders.
• Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring requirements.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking and hiring advice.
• Maintain regular communication throughout each recruitment project.
• Ensure an exceptional client experience from engagement to placement.

Recruitment Delivery

• Manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Source, identify and engage high-quality technology professionals.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed recommendations.
• Coordinate interview processes and gather feedback.
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate closing.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Talent Strategy

• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill technology roles.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay informed about AI, Data, Cloud, Software Engineering and emerging technology markets.
• Share market intelligence with clients and internal stakeholders.

Collaboration

• Work closely with offshore researchers and sourcing partners.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM.
• Follow established recruitment processes and continuously suggest practical improvements.
• Contribute ideas to improve delivery quality and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 5–10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting technology professionals is highly desirable.
• Agency recruitment experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting startups or fast-growing businesses is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent candidate assessment capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Organised, proactive and highly accountable.
• Comfortable working with recruitment technology and AI-enabled tools.
