Learning And Development Specialist

You will develop and implement learning and development (L&D) initiatives and wellness programs to enhance employee skills and wellbeing, manage training operations, and evaluate program effectiveness to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement innovative L&D initiatives to enhance the overall L&D strategy and employee development
• Review training programs and courses to ensure alignment with organizational needs and emerging industry trends
• Prepare detailed reports on learning outcomes, training expenditure, and budget management
• Schedule and coordinate internal and external training sessions to ensure smooth delivery
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all employee training programs to drive continuous improvement
• Manage the learning management system on SuccessFactors to maintain accurate training records and accessibility
• Organize wellness programs such as health screenings and carnivals to promote employee health and engagement
• Monitor and evaluate wellness program effectiveness by tracking participation rates and measuring impact on employee satisfaction and retention
• Manage the budget allocated for wellness initiatives to ensure cost-effective program delivery
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned, supporting organizational needs and projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in learning and development or wellness program management
• Experience with SuccessFactors learning management system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports and coordinate activities
• Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and facilitate training sessions
