Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing financial institution with an international investment platform. As the organisation continues to scale its business and global operations, it is investing in its talent acquisition capability to support ambitious growth plans.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in building the firm's workforce, partnering closely with business leaders to attract high-calibre talent.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the MD, Human Resources, you will develop the firm's talent acquisition capabilities, including designing policies, frameworks, processes, and recruitment strategies including direct sourcing and working with search partners to support business growth.

Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will implement best-in-class hiring practices, provide market intelligence and strategic talent advisory, and develop robust talent pipelines that enable the organisation to scale effectively.

Beyond delivering end-to-end recruitment, you will continuously enhance recruitment capability, governance, and candidate experience to build a high-performing and sustainable talent acquisition function.

Requirements

You are a degree-qualified HR professional with relevant experience gained ideally within banks or financial institutions undergoing growth and transformation. Exposure in both global institutions and small to mid-sized firms, supporting international expansion and operating across diverse markets will be preferred. You are commercial, hands on, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong presentation, communication and senior stakeholder management skills will be essential.
