ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PART TIME) - URGENT

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, including filing and organising both hardcopy and digital documents properly.- Provide general admin support to various departments, including preparing reports, spreadsheets, and drafting basic correspondence.- Assist in procurement matters such as raising PR/PO, processing orders, and liaising with vendors/suppliers.- Support office operations like inventory control (stationery, pantry supplies), meeting/event coordination, and logistics arrangements.- Handle ad-hoc admin duties and support staff engagement activities or internal programmes as required.- Adhere and ensure workplace safety and health risks are identified, assessed, and controlled, and provide employees with information on compliance to workplace safety and health policies.

Job Requirements

• Part Time, 3-day work week.- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification; no prior experience required as training will be provided. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with basic numeracy and computer literacy. - Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. - Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn and improve processes.
