Admin Assistant (Part-Time)

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing a variety of administrative responsibilities. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, offering practical exposure to office operations, document management, and business support.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to management and recruitment consultants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Prepare, format, organise and maintain documents, reports, resumes, job descriptions and presentation materials
• Manage filing systems, document control and confidential company records
• Update candidate, client and business information in the company’s CRM and internal systems
• Handle incoming enquiries professionally through phone calls, email and WhatsApp
• Direct enquiries and messages to the appropriate team members
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, company events and networking sessions
• Assist with office supply purchases, courier arrangements and other general office matters
• Support the posting and maintenance of job advertisements across online platforms
• Assist with LinkedIn content, marketing materials and other business support activities when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources or a related field, students currently pursuing a part-time degree are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in administration, office support, reception or customer service is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude

For the part-time position, flexible scheduling is available to accommodate studies or other commitments. We are seeking reliable candidates who can maintain a consistent weekly schedule and commit to the role for an extended period.
