About the Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can turn complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to design web applications, AI-powered products, CRM systems, and internal operational tools. Beyond creating visually polished interfaces, you'll be expected to understand business requirements, challenge assumptions, and design solutions that improve usability, efficiency, and adoption.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, simplifying complexity, and taking ownership of the user experience from concept to implementation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Discovery & Research

• Participate in product discussions and requirement gathering sessions
• Understand business processes, user pain points, and operational workflows
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability reviews where required
• Translate business requirements into user journeys and experience flows

UX Design

• Create user flows, wireframes, customer journeys, and interaction designs
• Design workflows for complex systems such as AI applications, internal operational systems,
• Simplify complicated processes into intuitive experiences
• Identify friction points and recommend improvements

UI Design

• Produce high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes in Figma
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Maintain consistency through design systems and reusable components
• Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are applied

Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners to validate requirements before development
• Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure design quality
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and product demonstrations
• Support QA by validating implemented designs against approved mockups

Design System & Standards

• Build and maintain design libraries and component systems
• Establish UX patterns and standards across multiple products
• Contribute to improving the overall design maturity of the organisation

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

• 3+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
• Proficiency in:
• Figma
• Wireframing
• Prototyping
• Design Systems
• Strong understanding of:
• User-centred design principles
• Information architecture
• Interaction design
• Responsive design
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical design solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

NIce to Have

• Experience designing:
• CRM platforms
• SaaS products
• AI applications
• Data dashboards
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts
• Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews
• Understanding of analytics tools and data-driven design decisions
