To represent a large Investment Holding/Property Group to lease their private properties across Singapore. This may include marketing properties together with Property agencies, preparing lease documents and screening prospective tenants to qualify them.

Responsibilities:Market and lease residential’s assets e.g. bungalows, apartments, landed homes, shop houses, etc.Work with Real Estate agents on marketing, new leases, renewals, etc.Secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments to achieve set leasing targets.Build and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.Manage tenant/ Managing Agent relationships and negotiate lease renewals.Formulate and review leasing policies and processes.Conduct all rent and leasing administration in compliance with statutory and company’s regulations.Conduct periodic market research, trends analysis and prepare market synopsis.Help prepare monthly management reporting, annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as market analysis.Requirements:Diploma or Degree.8 yrs or more experience in leasing of Residential properties in Singapore.Real estate salesperson (RES) registered with the Council for Estate Agencies are welcome to apply.
