Job Responsibilities

Client Communication & Coordination

• Serve as the first point of contact for new leads by arranging appointments and sharing essential project details (e.g., floor plans, mood boards).
• Manage project communication channels and coordinate updates effectively.
• Maintain professional boundaries with clients - we’ll support you in managing expectations.

Design & Project Support

• Assist in carpentry discussions with clients, documenting key notes during meetings.
• Handle electrical drafting based on provided plans - no on-site presence required.
• Prepare floor plans, updated quotations, and VR view screenshots for client discussions.
• Manage tile and raw material deliveries based on subcontractor requirements.

Project Administration

• Process hacking applications and liaise with clients for required details.
• Share project schedules with owners and remind subcontractors about key tasks.
• Organize invoices and documentation, ensuring accurate P&L reporting.

Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Spatial Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in residential or hospitality design is a plus.

Other Prerequisites

• Proficiency or working knowledge of design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail, with a structured and organised approach to work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Passion for design, materials, and aesthetics, with a keen eye for detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Professional working proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Ideally able to commit for 1 year
