About the role

As a Childcare Teacher at Raffles House, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality education and care for children in our thriving childcare and infant care centre located in Singapore. This position offers you the opportunity to shape young minds and contribute to their holistic development.

What you'll be doing

• Planning and implementing engaging educational activities and programmes for children aged 18 months to 6 years old
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children
• Providing individualised attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child
• Collaborating with parents and guardians to foster strong partnerships and support children's growth
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Continuously developing your skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, e.g. HCIT, CIT, ACEY, Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching
• Experience in working with children in a childcare or educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents and colleagues
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese to support a multilingual learning environment
• Passion for childcare and a genuine commitment to the well-being and development of young children
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of children
