Real Estate Client Experience Intern

We are a boutique real estate agency serving overseas companies and new immigrant professionals relocating to Singapore. We're looking for an intern to join our client support team for 3 months — and if it's a great fit on both sides, we'd love to convert you to a full-time Client Support Specialist at the end of the internship.

What you'll do

• Respond to client enquiries and help match clients with suitable properties
• Schedule and coordinate property viewings for a smooth client experience
• Support clients through handover, move-in and move-out processes
• Prepare lease and sales documentation with guidance from the team
• Coordinate with external vendors and support other administrative tasks

Who we're looking for

• Currently a student or recent graduate, available for a 3-month full-time or near-full-time commitment
• Genuinely curious about real estate and eager to learn
• Patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable talking to people
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written), as the role requires serving Mandarin-speaking clients from China
