Our client, a renowned Real Estate Developer firm, has an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join its Property Management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the overall building operations and Hard Services management of assigned commercial office assets, ensuring optimum performance, reliability, and tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of critical M&E systems including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, lifts, BMS, and other building services.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, safety requirements, and maintenance standards.
• Manage service providers, contractors, and FM partners, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations are consistently achieved.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programmes, asset lifecycle planning, and system reliability improvements.
• Drive Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI), replacement works, upgrading projects, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage operating and capital expenditure budgets, procurement activities, contract administration, and cost control.
• Work closely with tenants, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational and technical issues promptly.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team while continuously improving operational excellence and service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial office buildings, integrated developments, or mixed-use assets.
• Strong technical knowledge of building services and Hard Services operations, including ACMV, electrical systems, fire protection, BMS, lifts, and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing service providers, maintenance contracts, technical budgets, and facilities operations.
• Proven experience delivering Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI), replacement projects, or major building upgrading works.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$6,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
