About the Role

Join a brand-new premium food atrium in Singapore! We are a Sous Chef to support our growing kitchen team. If you're passionate about food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.📋 Key Responsibilities🍽️ Sous ChefPlanning, preparing and executing menus across multiple food stalls.

Oversee the kitchen’s production processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Ensure proper food preparation techniques, portion control and quality standards.

Support in manpower roster planning and resolving operational challenges.

Work with the Culinary Director to develop new menu items, seasonal specials and concept-driven dishes.

Monitor stock levels, forecast ingredient needs and participate in procurement activities.✅

Requirements

• Passionate about the F&B industry
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays2–5 years of professional culinary experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in multi-concept kitchens, food halls, or high-volume operations is highly preferred.
• Food Safety Level 1 Certificate is mandatory.🕒 Working Pattern5-days' work week
