Key Responsibilities

• Assist the management in managing daily kitchen operations Prepare and oversee authentic Mexican cuisine Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Supervise, train, and guide kitchen staff Ensure food safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance

Requirements
