Casa Latteria & Thirty9 are seeking passionate Waiters or Waitresses to join our team. In this part-time or full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. Our restaurant is located in the Central Region, offering a unique and engaging work environment.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serving customers' orders in a timely and attentive manner
• Maintaining a clean and tidy dining area and bar
• Assisting with stock management and inventory control
• Providing recommendations on menu items and drinks to enhance the customer experience
• Supporting the wider restaurant team as required

What we're looking for

• Singaporean Citizens, Permanent Residents, LTVP only
• Previous experience within the food and beverage industry, Italian or Western restaurant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of wines and spirits
• A passion for food, drink and delivering exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• A team-player attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
