■ Responsibilities and Duties

---

• Operations: Oversee and, when necessary, participate in the cleaning and maintenance of public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, and other common spaces. Responsibilities include sanitizing, dusting, and other related cleaning tasks.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and guidelines, including both internal Resort policies and applicable statutory regulations.
• Supply and Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, working with the team to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing wastage.
• Team Supervision: Supervise, guide, and mentor the housekeeping staff

■ Qualifications and Requirements

---

• Possess a professional certification in Hospitality or Hotel Management, or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

5 days/ 44 hours Rotational Shift including weekends and PH)
