• Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations to meet service, food safety, and cleanliness standards
• Lead, motivate, and support both FOH and BOH staff during shifts
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment; report shortages to management
• Assist with staff training and development to maintain performance and morale
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Manage cash handling, shift reports, and sales reconciliation
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to implement promotions, improve workflows, and enhance customer satisfaction

• Previous experience in restaurant supervision, hospitality, or a related role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate a team
