Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Director to lead O2Work's business growth strategy. The successful candidate will drive sales, expand strategic partnerships, strengthen our market presence, and identify new business opportunities across coworking, serviced offices, corporate solutions, and community initiatives.

This role will work closely with senior management to accelerate revenue growth and position O2Work as Singapore's preferred eco-friendly flexible workspace provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify and secure new clients, including startups, SMEs, multinational corporations, and enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with property owners, government agencies, business associations, and corporate partners.
• Lead sales negotiations, prepare proposals, and close commercial agreements.
• Develop marketing initiatives and brand partnerships to increase O2Work's market visibility and lead generation.
• Represent O2Work at networking events, business forums, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored workspace and business solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the business development team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
• Strong network within Singapore's business community is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong leadership and relationship management capabilities.
