We are seeking an accomplished and strategic executive to lead organizational operations, drive business performance, and deliver operational excellence across all business functions.

The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring key performance indicators, evaluating business performance, and implementing initiatives that enhance productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

The position will lead the development and optimization of business processes, operational frameworks, and performance management systems to ensure efficient resource utilization and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include identifying operational risks, implementing mitigation strategies, improving internal controls, enhancing service delivery, and promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence throughout the organization.

The successful candidate will oversee cross-functional teams across operations, finance, human resources, technology, procurement, customer service, and business support functions to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with strategic objectives.

The role also includes managing organizational budgets, reviewing operational reports, analyzing business metrics, supporting investment decisions, and recommending initiatives that improve operational efficiency and financial performance.

In addition, the position will champion digital transformation, process automation, organizational change management, and business transformation initiatives to strengthen operational capabilities and improve business agility.

The candidate will establish governance frameworks, monitor compliance with company policies, support enterprise risk management activities, and ensure operational decisions align with corporate standards and long-term business strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Business Management, Operations Management, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Governance, or related fields are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of operational strategy, business planning, organizational management, corporate governance, and performance management.
• Comprehensive understanding of business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, change management, and enterprise risk management.
• Strong financial acumen with knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, cost optimization, performance analysis, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with supply chain management, procurement, customer operations, technology integration, quality management, and business continuity planning.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with the capability to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, business intelligence platforms, ERP systems, CRM systems, and operational reporting tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project and program management capabilities with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and organizational transformation projects.
