About the Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Debug Engineer (m/w/d), you will play a key role in bringing complex automation systems to life. In this hands‑on role, you will assemble, debug, and fine‑tune machine stations, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and project requirements.

You will work closely with project and manufacturing teams, support customer installations, and provide technical training, making you an essential contributor throughout the entire machine-building process.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and debug machine stations according to project requirements.
• Perform pre‑alignment of stations with guidance from the Manufacturing Manager.
• Run and operate machines during the debug phase under the Manufacturing Manager’s supervision.
• Provide technical training to customers on: Mechanical hardware & pneumatic, Critical setup and alignment, Product change‑over, Preventive maintenance
• Support installation and commissioning at customer sites.
• Prepare required manufacturing documentation for project deliverables.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers to streamline tasks and share technical challenges.

Your profile

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITE in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automation or machine-building environments.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and assembly skills.
• Familiar with mechanical engineering practices; experience with SolidWorks/Inventor is an advantage.

Language Skills

• Very good knowledge of English and Mandarin.
