HR Operations Transformation Lead l 12-month contract l $11K

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the HR project workstream, including plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and governance reporting.
• Coordinate end-to-end employee transfer activities, including data validation, documentation, system updates, and transfer tracking.
• Partner with HR Shared Services, Payroll, HRIT, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage stakeholders across HR, Business, Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology.
• Support employee communications, FAQs, manager toolkits, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with employment, data privacy, governance, and audit requirements.
• Lead reconciliation, reporting, dashboards, and progress updates for leadership and project forums.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, HR Project Management, or related functions.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale employee transfer, migration, restructuring, or organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, governance, RAID management, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in data reconciliation, reporting, and analytical capabilities, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Sound understanding of controls, audit requirements, operational risk management, and Singapore HR practices.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is good to have.
