Role Description The Business Sales Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for driving growth across Insight Genesis – IGAi’s core verticals by identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients, and managing the sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close. The consultant collaborates with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions, create targeted pitches, and gather feedback from clients to inform product enhancements.

The role also involves maintaining accurate sales pipelines, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and building long-term relationships with partners in financial services, HR, education, and health sectors. Success in this role requires a proactive approach, consistent follow-up, and the ability to communicate complex AI solutions in clear, practical terms to diverse stakeholders.

Compensation

💰 100% Performance-Based Commission

• There is no income cap.
• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with a proven ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Business skills, including managing end-to-end sales cycles, negotiating agreements, and working toward defined revenue and growth targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and AI-driven solutions to non-technical audiences and build trust with decision-makers.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales within technology, SaaS, fintech, HR tech, edtech, or health tech environments is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple opportunities, and use CRM tools and digital collaboration platforms effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort interpreting data-driven insights and translating them into client value propositions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
