Your Role & responsibilities

• Valuation: Assist in inspections and preparation of valuation reports, assist in evaluating industrial, commercial and specialised assets and support senior appraiser in market research and analysis.
• Asset Disposition sale: formulate asset disposition strategies, connect with buyers and build buyer networks, negotiates deals and maximise recovery value

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in finance, engineering, or related field; strong analytical skills with background in sales/procurement/asset management; excellent negotiation skills.
