What you’ll do
● Measure and price epoxy flooring and general building works from drawings.
● Prepare quotations, tenders and bills of quantities (BOQs).
● Submit monthly progress claims and manage variations.
● Track project costs and keep the numbers up to date for management reviews.
● Work with the project and procurement teams to keep jobs on budget.
● Use QS software and Excel to keep your work efficient and accurate.
What we’re looking for
● A qualification in Quantity Surveying, Building or Construction Management — fresh graduates and experienced QSs both welcome.
● Comfortable measuring from drawings and working with numbers.
● Good with software, or keen to pick up digital take-off and costing tools quickly.
● Organised, accurate and reliable, with a willingness to learn and grow.
● Experience with epoxy/resin flooring, coatings or the SOP Act progress-claim process is a plus, but not essential for junior applicants.
