Senior C&S Site Engineer (HDB projects)

Our client, a A1 main contractor is seeking a Site Engineer (C&S/Structural) to support HDB, condominium, and mixed development projects, overseeing structural works coordination, submissions, site execution, and quality control to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support C&S Lead and manage structural works on site
• Coordinate structural works with consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submissions, and Method Statements (MOS)
• Review drawings/specifications, raise RFIs, and ensure latest drawings/BIM models are updated and distributed
• Plan structural works, prepare micro schedules, and monitor site progress
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure works meet design, quality, and safety standards
• Conduct pre-inspections and coordinate with RE/RTO for inspections
• Monitor material usage (rebar, concrete) and control wastage
• Manage material testing and implement quality control (including CONQUAS requirements)
• Track variations, prepare back charges, and maintain proper documentation
• Prepare as-built drawings/BIM models and O&M manuals
• Support cross-discipline works (Architectural, M&E, External) when required
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (recognized by PE Board)
• Experience in HDB, condominium, or mixed development projects
• Able to lead and manage site supervisors and subcontractors
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and BIM
