Senior Product Manager (Fixed Income / FX / Rates)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a leading global investment firm in Singapore. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, driving the vision, strategy and delivery of next-generation trading, risk and P&L platforms supporting Fixed Income and Macro investment teams.

You will lead the development of a full end-to-end trading lifecycle platform, covering trade capture, risk management, P&L, lifecycle processing and operational workflows. This is a highly visible role requiring close collaboration with portfolio managers, traders, operations teams and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Fixed Income and Macro trading platforms.
• Partner with business and technology teams to identify operating model improvements and strategic opportunities.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories and functional designs.
• Drive the build-out of trading lifecycle, risk, P&L and lifecycle management capabilities.
• Prioritise product initiatives while balancing strategic objectives, operational efficiency and risk reduction.
• Lead delivery from concept through implementation, testing, rollout and user adoption.
• Establish success metrics and monitor product performance post-launch.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience within financial services, fintech, asset management, hedge funds or investment banking.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income and Macro products, including FX and Rates.
• Experience with trade lifecycle management, risk systems, P&L processes, books and records, or asset servicing platforms.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programmes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
