Site Engineer – Construction Projects (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Site Engineer to join our construction team across Singapore. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and ensure timely completion of construction projects.
• Liaise with the Consultant Representative on project matters.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on site and quality issues.
• Work with the QA/QC Engineer to meet customer quality requirements.
• Check work quality against specifications and maintain inspection records.
• Ensure site operations comply with the Project Quality Plan, including environmental and health & safety standards.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Required profile
• Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• At least 1 year of site engineering experience.
• Willingness to travel across Singapore to multiple sites.

Required skills

• Civil Engineering principles.
• Structural Engineering fundamentals.QA/QC processes in construction.
