These roles support EGH Pharmacy in delivering pharmaceutical services at EGH. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide pharmaceutical care, optimise drug therapy, and ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective medication use.

Candidates are expected to

• Deliver pharmaceutical care and drug information services to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, caregivers, pharmacy students, and healthcare providers.
• Participate in quality improvement, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
• Contribute to the growth of EGH, and EGH Pharmacy through relevant activities

Requirements

• A degree in Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Be fully registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Hold a current practising certificate in Singapore
• Experience appropriate to the job grade applied to.
• Relevant experience in hospital pharmacy practice preferred
• Have strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Be able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
