Digital Programme Manager | Leading FS Organization (Up to 110K HKD)

About the Role

Collaborating with a Leading Financial Services Organization, we are seeking an experienced Digital Programme Manager on a Rolling 1-Year Contract to lead large-scale transformation programmes and portfolios, managing budgets USD 20M+ or up across multiple project workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital and business transformation programmes.
• Manage programme plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.
• Oversee multiple projects and workstreams to ensure successful delivery against business objectives.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and external stakeholders to drive programme outcomes.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.

Requirements

• 15+ years proven experience delivering large-scale programmes with budgets USD 20M+ or up.
• Strong programme and portfolio management experience across multiple project streams.
• Experience working in large corporate or multinational environments, across any industry
• Experience with CRM, loyalty programmes, mobile applications, customer experience, or digital transformation programmes.
• Strong communication skills in English
