about the team.You will be joining a tight-knit, high-performing core product team. Reporting directly to the Product Team Head, you will work in a highly collaborative environment alongside engineering teams, business stakeholders, and international vendors. about the job.As a Product Manager focusing on Core Trading & Settlement Systems, you will act as the chief architect behind the scenes.

You will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle for the firm's core back-office workflows. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the product planning and functional design of core trading infrastructure (counter systems) for overseas brokerage business.
• Designing robust, end-to-end business workflows encompassing order execution, clearing and settlement, and corporate actions.
• Drafting highly detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and managing system integrations with overseas vendors.

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience within the financial services, FinTech, or online brokerage industry.
• Solid understanding of overseas equities (HK/US markets) trading rules, clearing, and settlement operations.
• Strong capability in designing complex business architectures and writing comprehensive PRDs.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required
• Highly Preferred: Prior exposure to Web3/Crypto projects
