Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our client’s healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services, developing and implementing evidence-based rehabilitation programmes, and mentoring junior team members to ensure excellence in patient care.

Job description

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and evidence-based practice.
• Assist patients in regaining movement, reducing pain, and improving functional independence.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, and caregivers to provide holistic patient care.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior physiotherapists, fostering professional development and maintaining high clinical standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a practising physiotherapist.
• Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and culturally diverse environment.
• Experience or willingness to work with children with special needs.
• A compassionate, patient-centred approach with excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
