Delivery Lead – Wealth & Investments

We are partnering with a leading international financial institution to hire an experienced Delivery Lead to drive large-scale wealth management and investment platform transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Wealth Management and Investment Solutions initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Manage cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technology, Operations, and Testing teams.
• Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate stakeholders across regional and global markets, balancing business priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and delivery challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support business transformation and platform modernization initiatives focused on enhancing client and advisor experience

Requirement

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Delivery, Change Management, or Transformation leadership.
• Strong experience within: Wealth Management/ Private Banking/ Asset Management/ Investment Advisory/ Investment Platforms
• Proven track record delivering large-scale business or digital transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technology functions.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
