Marketing Manager – International Business & Corporate Marketing

Job Purpose

We are seeking a high-caliber Marketing Manager to support International Business and Corporate Communications marketing functions. This hybrid role will be responsible for driving HGC's corporate branding initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across business units, while also leading international business marketing programs to strengthen HGC's positioning in global telecom and ICT markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to promote HGC international business portfolio, including wholesale data, voice, OTT, Cloud, cybersecurity and other ICT solutions
• Lead and manage major corporate events and global industry conferences (e.g. ITW, PTC, Mobile World Congress) both in Hong Kong and overseas
• Drive corporate branding initiatives to ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all business units, channels, and customer touchpoints
• Develop and implement integrated branding, communications, and digital marketing campaigns to enhance HGC's corporate reputation and market visibility
• Manage localized social media and digital marketing activities across Hong Kong, Mainland China and international markets, ensuring regulatory compliance and audience engagement
• Research and deploy AI-powered marketing tools to enhance content creation, optimize marketing spend, and improve campaign performance analysis
• Lead PR activities, including media relations, press releases, and corporate communications, and serve as the main liaison with global tech and telecom media

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• 8 to 10 years of marketing experience in the telecommunications, ICT, technology, or related industry, with a strong background in international data, voice, or ICT services
• Strong global business mindset, with exposure to APAC, EMEA, Mainland China, and the US markets being a definite advantage
• Familiar with international social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook) and Mainland China digital platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu)
• Ability or strong initiative in apply AI workflows (e.g., GenAI for copywriting, predictive analytics) to day-to-day marketing tasks.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Willingness to travel overseas for business events and conferences when required
