🔧 Key Responsibilities

As a Process Engineer, you'll be responsible for driving manufacturing efficiency, supporting production operations, and implementing process improvements.

• Lead and support manufacturing process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Equipment and Engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring smooth transition from engineering builds into mass production.
• Develop, review and maintain Work Instructions (WI), SOPs and manufacturing documentation.
• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECN) and ensure timely implementation across production.
• Monitor production KPIs including UPH, yield and cycle time, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and root cause analysis activities to improve operational performance.
• Maintain SAP process routing, SFC control and process documentation.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support equipment and process qualification activities together with Equipment Engineers.
• Conduct training for production personnel on manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Participate in ISO, quality audits and compliance activities.
• Lead or mentor Process Technicians and junior engineers where required.

✅ Requirements

• Singaporean only
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of Process Engineering experience in a contract manufacturing or high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) and mass production.
• Familiar with Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECN) implementation.
• Knowledge of SAP, SFC, manufacturing routing and production documentation.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement initiatives is highly advantageous.
• Some experience working with manufacturing equipment or equipment engineering is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across production, quality, engineering and HQ teams.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
