You will champion and moderate working groups, aligning regional teams, local departments, and external technology partners around unified, strategic delivery goals.

about the job.

• Pilot the strategic roadmap for digital product lifecycles, spanning fresh platform rollouts, system upgrades, patch management, and routine optimisations.
• Evaluate and deploy emerging artificial intelligence technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), robotic process automation (RPA), and autonomous AI agents to accelerate workflows.
• Translate complex business needs, strict regulatory frameworks, and competitive market trends into precise, actionable technical blueprints.
• Manage third-party software vendors, monitoring development cycles to guarantee adherence to financial budgets and critical deadlines.
• Deliver transparent status briefings and project updates to executive leadership.
• Take ownership of user acceptance testing (UAT) across diverse digital trading interfaces, rigorously evaluating both web-based portals and mobile applications for structural integrity.
• Support broader digital business initiatives by collaborating on data intelligence, market research, and tech-driven marketing operations.

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor’s degree focused on Computer Science, E-Commerce, or a closely allied technical discipline.
• Around 3 years of continuous experience operating within IT, digital marketing, or e-commerce landscapes.
• Complete fluency (verbal and written) in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is absolutely required to facilitate seamless regional communication.
• Hands-on exposure to advanced generative AI assistants (e.g., Claude, Gemini, or Copilot).
• Familiarity with modern data visualisation suites such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
• Prior experience orchestrating technology projects specifically within the banking, financial services, or wealth management sectors is highly desirable.
• Robust analytical capabilities, an eagle eye for detail, and a natural knack for untangling complex operational hurdles with practical solutions.
