Business Development Manager (Life Insurance)

Our client is a reputable insurance group in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to support business growth through the brokerage channel. Applicants with relevant channel development experience from banks or other channels are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate business from domestic brokers and IFAs to increase sales revenue and achieve business targets.
• Actively visit broker partners to promote insurance solutions, including Life and Savings plans.
• Conduct roadshows, deliver training, and provide market updates to business partners.
• Assist with policy submission and underwriting coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to support long-term business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Must have passed IIQE Paper 1 and 3, or hold relevant qualifications.
• Preferably 8 years of experience in the insurance sector, with brokerage or bank channel background.
• Applicants with channel development experience from other backgrounds are welcome.
• Outgoing, service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
