About the company

Our client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for a Business Support & Marketing Manager for their Business Banking team.

About the role

Reporting to the Team Head of SME Segment, you are responsible for formulating business plans to achieve SME segment objectives. You will work closely with product, marketing and project teams in developing promotion programs and tactic product offer to increase SME customer acquisition. You are required to develop SME proposition strategy and organize client activities and events to drive business growth.

In addition, you have to work closely with branch teams in conducting sales analysis and providing business support to enhance business efficiency.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in segment marketing / Business Support in business banking.
• Good knowledge in SME product, business banking operations and project management is required.
• Strong business sense, good analytical skills and able to work independently.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and / or Mandarin).
