about the job.

• Design and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share, hit aggressive revenue targets, and win high-value enterprise accounts.
• Lead high-stakes commercial pitches and deliver consultative digital strategy proposals to senior decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Directors, C-Suite).
• Identify strategic growth opportunities, track market trends, and build key partnerships to unlock new revenue streams across APAC.
• Lead, coach, and scale the strategic sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on consultative, value-driven selling.
• Partner closely with SEO, paid media, and client services leads to ensure pitched strategies align seamlessly with campaign execution.

skills & experiences required.

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of sales or business development experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior sales leadership/head level role within digital marketing, SEO, performance media, or tech agency environments.
• Proven track record of personally closing large enterprise digital marketing accounts and exceeding targets.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, search performance, performance media, and data-driven marketing strategy.
• Executive-level presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
