about the job.

• Lead digital technology projects from end-to-end, acting as the primary internal consultant and technical advisor to ensure flawless execution.
• Apply deep domain expertise in retail supply chain digitisation using AI-driven tools and specialised software suites.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and final go-live deployment.
• Direct vendor performance to ensure top-tier deliverables, punctual timelines, and strategic contract negotiations.
• Establish and enforce robust DevOps methodologies across internal engineering and third-party development teams to maximise efficiency.
• Act as the strategic bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, aligning project deliverables with corporate goals.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable technical blueprints and system architecture documentation.
• Provide executive reporting on project milestones, roadblocks, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Design and facilitate comprehensive training frameworks to empower staff on new DevOps workflows and integrated systems.
• Monitor the technology landscape to forecast trends and integrate cutting-edge tools into the overarching digital roadmap.

skills & experiences required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology initiatives, digital products, or technical project management.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders across both regions (Cantonese is highly advantageous).
• BSc/BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely aligned academic discipline.
• Solid domain expertise in global sourcing, retail operations, and supply chain tech ecosystems.
• Technical proficiency in software engineering lifecycles, data analytics, and tech stacks including SQL, JIRA, UiPath, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud computing platforms (Azure / GCP); familiarity with AI agent integration is highly advantageous.
• Well-versed in Agile delivery models and standard project management frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills for data-backed decision-making and complex problem resolution.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of influencing and inspiring matrixed teams.
• Thorough grasp of change management frameworks and organisational digital evolution strategies.
• Courageous, highly adaptable, and service-driven, with a passion for creative problem-solving and delivering outstanding user support.
