Senior Publisher Development Manager (Supply Side) - AdTech Focus

About the Role

RevoSurge is expanding its global digital advertising supply network and is seeking an experienced Senior Publisher Development Manager to drive publisher acquisition and supply growth across key markets.

This role focuses on building direct, sustainable, and differentiated publisher partnerships, rather than sourcing inventory through widely available SSP marketplaces. You will be responsible for identifying high-quality publishers, building strategic relationships, evaluating traffic quality, and managing partnerships from initial outreach through integration, optimization, and scaling.

We welcome candidates from DSPs, SSPs, Ad Networks, Affiliate Networks, App Monetization Platforms, and large Publisher organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and develop high-quality publisher partnerships across Asia, including websites, mobile apps, content platforms, communities, and other traffic sources.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with website owners, app developers, media companies, and traffic decision-makers.
• Manage the full publisher onboarding cycle, including:
• Prospecting and outreach
• Traffic evaluation and commercial assessment
• Partnership negotiation
• Technical integration and onboarding
• Testing and optimization
• Revenue growth and scaling
• Evaluate traffic quality, user demographics, monetization potential, and existing supply chains to identify premium and exclusive inventory.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Media Buying teams to implement integrations via Web, App, API, JS Tag, OpenRTB, SDK, and other channels.
• Optimize publisher performance through improvements in fill rate, eCPM, revenue, traffic quality, and advertising outcomes.
• Maintain a structured publisher pipeline and partnership database.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support supply growth strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Advertising, Programmatic Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, App Monetization, Publisher Development, or related fields.
• Previous experience with a DSP, SSP, Ad Network, Affiliate Network, Monetization Platform, or Media Company.
• Proven track record in publisher acquisition and supply-side business development.
• Existing industry network with publishers, website owners, app developers, or media partners is highly preferred.
• Experience managing publisher partnerships from initial contact through technical integration and revenue scaling.
• Strong understanding of:
• Web, Mobile Web, and App traffic ecosystems
• Display, Native, Video, Push, Pop, and In-App advertising formats
• Integration methods such as API, SDK, JS Tag, and OpenRTB
• Ability to assess traffic authenticity, quality, scalability, and commercial value.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong publisher or app developer network in India, Southeast Asia, LATAM, or Europe.
• Experience working with utility apps, streaming platforms, gaming, entertainment, community, or content publishers.
• Proven success in securing exclusive or long-term direct publisher partnerships.
• Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or iGaming ecosystems.
• Experience building publisher pipelines, partnership frameworks, or BD teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving publisher revenue growth through optimization and monetization strategies.
