About the company

Our client is a well-established retail bank in Hong Kong. To cope with their recent expansion, they are now looking for high calibre to join their Deposit Product and Marketing team for an Assistant Product Manager position.

About the role

Reporting to the Deposit Product Team Head, you will be responsible for formulating deposit product and marketing strategies to achieve business target. You are required to develop new product plans, managing product life cycle, pricing strategy and marketing promotions aiming at enhancing business profits.

In addition, you will participate in digital initiatives, UAT system projects and product performance analysis to evaluate deposit business effectiveness.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of deposit product development experience in banks, with knowledge in new product launch is definitely an advantage.
• Sound in managing deposit marketing programs, product operation, UAT projects and related product regulations.
• Strong business sense, good project management and communication skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Senior Officer position.
