Position Highlights

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Sales professional to join a well-established electronics and manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer development, business expansion, and project follow-up across the North Asia market, with a primary focus on South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.

This position is suitable for candidates with an engineering or technical academic background, strong English communication skills, and an interest in developing their career in international B2B sales.

Overseas education experience is not required. However, candidates should have a solid command of English and be able to communicate confidently with overseas customers through emails, calls, and business meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships across South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.
• Identify potential customers and business opportunities based on the company’s product strategy and regional market plans.
• Manage the full sales process, from initial customer engagement and needs analysis to quotation, negotiation, and order conversion.
• Maintain regular communication with overseas customers, understand their business and technical requirements, and provide suitable product solutions and commercial support.
• Coordinate with internal product, engineering, supply chain, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Follow up on quotations, product samples, purchase orders, delivery schedules, payment arrangements, and after-sales matters.
• Collect and analyze regional market information, including customer developments, competitor activities, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.
• Participate in the development of regional sales plans and execute market expansion initiatives to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prepare regular updates on customer development, key project status, market feedback, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
• Travel to overseas markets when required for customer meetings, exhibitions, business development, and project support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in overseas sales, international business, B2B sales, business development, project sales, or regional sales.
• Experience in electronics, industrial products, hardware products, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Overseas study experience is not required, but candidates should demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills and an international business mindset.
• Strong customer development, business negotiation, relationship management, and project follow-up capabilities.
• Good commercial awareness, logical thinking, execution skills, and the ability to coordinate internal resources effectively.
• Experience in the South Korean, Japanese, or Taiwan markets is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel overseas based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing customer networks or sales experience in South Korea, Japan, or Taiwan.
• Experience in electronic manufacturing, consumer electronics, industrial electronics, energy-related products, or hardware products.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, with the ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to order completion.
• Sufficient technical understanding to discuss product specifications, applications, customer requirements, and basic technical matters.
• Proficiency in Japanese or Korean will be a strong advantage.
• Experience working with distributors, agents, OEM customers, manufacturers, or key accounts in North Asia.

Additional Information
