Site Reliability Engineer (SRE Engineer) | Technology Consulting

Responsibilities

• System Monitoring: Monitor system health, performance, and security alerts to ensure 24/7 service availability.
• Incident Management: Respond to system outages or performance issues promptly and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Shift Operations: Perform 24/7 rotating shift duties to maintain round-the-clock coverage.
• Technical Support: Directly handle and respond to technical inquiries or incident reports from the Customer Service (CS) team via internal messaging platforms.
• Automation: Assist in developing scripts or tools (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate repetitive operational tasks.
• Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation and SOPs for incident handling.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or Technical Support (Fresh graduates with a strong passion for SRE are welcome).
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical jargon into understandable messages for the CS team.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
