4. Own the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and production support.

Requirements：

1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; 1–5 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on backend systems.

2. Proficiency in Golang or Python, with solid understanding of common data structures and algorithms.

3. Deep expertise in MySQL and Redis for efficient data storage and retrieval.

4. Familiar with Go ecosystems including frameworks such as Gin and GORM; hands‑on experience with observability tools for monitoring and performance optimization.

5. Quality‑driven mindset with a proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.

6. Strong communication and learning abilities; quick understanding and adaptability; fluent in Mandarin.
